Retreat Policies

Renewed Sol Wellness & Retreats

These policies are designed to create clarity, care, and mutual respect between Renewed Sol Wellness & Retreats and our guests. By reserving a space on any Renewed Sol retreat, you agree to the following terms.

Reservation & Payment

A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your space on a Renewed Sol Wellness & Retreats experience. Your reservation is not confirmed until the deposit has been received.

The remaining balance will be due according to the payment schedule provided at the time of booking. Payment plans may be offered for select retreats. Failure to complete payments by the stated deadlines may result in the forfeiture of your reservation and any payments made.

Cancellation & Refunds

All deposits are non-refundable.

Payments made beyond the deposit are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. No refunds will be issued for unused services, missed activities, or early departures.

Because Renewed Sol Wellness & Retreats secures lodging, wellness programming, and services in advance, we are unable to offer refunds once payments are received.

Transfer of Reservation

If you are unable to attend, you may request to transfer your reservation to another eligible guest with prior written approval from Renewed Sol Wellness & Retreats. Transfer requests must be submitted no later than 60 days prior to the retreat start date.

Approval of transfers is subject to availability and program requirements.

Minimum Participation Requirement

Each retreat requires a minimum number of confirmed participants to proceed.

If the minimum is not met, Renewed Sol Wellness & Retreats reserves the right to modify the retreat itinerary, adjust inclusions, or offer guests a credit toward a future retreat. In rare cases where a retreat must be canceled, guests will be notified as early as possible.

Travel & Insurance

Guests are responsible for booking and managing their own airfare unless otherwise stated.

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that includes coverage for trip cancellation, interruption, medical expenses, and unforeseen circumstances. Renewed Sol Wellness & Retreats is not responsible for losses incurred due to travel delays, cancellations, illness, or personal emergencies.

Wellness Participation & Health

Renewed Sol Wellness & Retreats offers experiences intended to support rest, reflection, and personal growth. These offerings are not medical treatment.

Guests are responsible for ensuring they are physically and emotionally able to participate in retreat activities. Participation is always optional, and guests are encouraged to honor their own pace and boundaries.

Force Majeure

Renewed Sol Wellness & Retreats is not responsible for delays, changes, or cancellations caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather, public health emergencies, government restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

In such cases, refunds will not be issued; however, reasonable efforts will be made to offer alternative arrangements or future retreat credits where possible.

Liability & Assumption of Risk

By participating in a Renewed Sol Wellness & Retreats experience, guests acknowledge the inherent risks associated with travel and wellness activities and agree to release Renewed Sol Wellness & Retreats, its owners, partners, and affiliates from liability for injury, loss, or damage to personal property.

Agreement to Policies

By submitting payment for a retreat, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these policies.
